Allie came to us in 2026 with a unique skill set: instead of a background in the flooring industry, she comes from health care, so brings training in safety, first aid, WHMIS and violence prevention. This has already proven valuable with our weekly lunchroom debates, usually consisting of laminate versus vinyl, engineered versus solid, you name it. Fortunately for her, at the end of a peacekeeping week, she find a little peace of her own with camping, fishing and hiking.
